Would you like to make a complaint?

If you are an Endesa customer and you wish to present a complaint related to your contracts, invoices or the sales attention you received you may do so via:

  • www.endesaonline.com: To do so, you need to register at the Online Office. You can send us your queries, suggestions and complaints from this office's customer service menu. You will automatically receive a complaint identification number, you can print out the text of your complaint and you will receive a first response within 48 hours.
  • Customer service: If you prefer to report your complaint by telephone, you may do so by calling the different Sales Attention telephone numbers which you will find in this section. These telephone numbers also offer a service to individuals who are not Endesa customers because their contract has expired.
  • Sales Offices and Service Points: and lastly, if you wish to present your complaint in person, you may do so in our offices and service points.

If you have already made a formal complaint and you do not agree with its resolution or a period of more than 2 months has elapsed since you sent your complaint and you have not yet received a response, please go to www.defensordelcliente.endesa.es
We remind you that your complaint may only be handled, in the second instance, by the Customer Ombudsman, if you have already presented your complaint to the company's Customer Service department.
